Pet Portrait Ordering Instructions
How to Order Your Pet Portrait
Ordering your pet portrait is a straightforward process to ensure your satisfaction with the final result. Here's how it works:
1. Photo Submission Please email clear, high-quality photos of your beloved pet. These photos should accurately depict the true colors of your pet's fur and include as much detail as possible. Make sure the eyes are clear and visible. While you don't need to provide photos at the time of booking due to our waiting list, they are required one month before we commence your commission.
2. Size Selection Confirm the size you desire for your pet portrait, whether it's a dog portrait, cat portrait, or any other animal portrait.
3. Timeline Preferences Indicate when you'd like your pet portrait to be completed. Please keep in mind that our waiting list is subject to change on a daily basis. We will provide you with specific timeframes based on the current status of our schedule.
4. Deposit Once we've discussed and agreed upon the details, a 50% deposit is required to secure your spot in our commission queue. You can conveniently make deposits through PayPal or bank transfer, depending on your preference. Please note; prices listed are in GBP. If you are paying in a different currency there may be additional international service fees.

Postage Information
We ensure your commissioned portrait arrives in perfect condition, offering full refunds or replacements for loss or damage. Originals are dispatched in reinforced cardboard sleeves with protective packaging, accompanied by business cards and compliments slips, and wrapped in tissue paper.
Within the UK:
Originals are sent via Courier for next-day special delivery service with full insurance.
You'll receive a tracking reference upon dispatch for delivery expectations.
International Orders:
Commissions are dispatched with a signature on delivery and insured up to £500.
Please allow 2-3 weeks for international delivery (customs charges may apply outside the EU; check your government's policy).
We have no control over customs charges and cannot accept responsibility for them.
